Hello! My name is Samantha Foster and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I graduated with my Master’s degree from Alfred University in 2010. In the last 15 years, I have worked with a variety of individuals in various settings. I have clinical experience working in a psychiatric facility, a substance abuse facility, as well as clinics and in private practice. I enjoy working with children and families the most, and I specialize in helping people who struggle with anxiety, depression, ADHD, and other concerns related to life changes. I feel that I offer a safe space for individuals to come and share about their struggles and I strive to help those that I work with achieve their goals and find peace in their lives. Through the use of therapeutic interventions such as CBT and rapport building, I hope to offer as much support and understanding as I can to help clients seeking treatment reach their goals and start to heal.
