Jennifer Meyerhoff, LMHC, is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. Jennifer earned her Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from the College of St. Rose. She also holds a Master’s of Science in Psychology from the University of Phoenix. Jennifer has provided treatment across a variety of settings including, not-for-profit agencies, private practice and a major medical institution. Jennifer has experience working with children, adolescents and adults. She is currently treating patients ages 12 and above.
Jennifer strives to create a warm, welcoming and non-judgmental environment. She strongly believes it is important to meet a person where they are. Jennifer helps her clients identify and use their strengths to manage struggles/ challenges. She offers a therapeutic approach that is honest and integrative. Jennifer works to enhance her client’s ability to reflect, heal, grow, and navigate their way through this crazy world. She does so by helping them build healthy coping skills, learn emotion regulation, find empowerment and more while going through their journey.
